                Sidney L. Patin 
 
Sidney was born and raised in south Louisiana and has lived in Colorado Springs since 1990.  He is married and has three grown children.  He began his career with a degree in Business Administration and also Accounting from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana.  He practiced several years in both Louisiana and Texas as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)  before deciding to go to law school.
 
Sidney obtained his law degree at Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and began his career as an attorney in south Louisiana in 1979.  He and his family then moved to Colorado Springs in 1990 after experiencing Colorado skiing and summer camping vacations.
 
Sidney is a very experienced attorney with a strong business and accounting background.   He prides himself in being knowledgeable and thorough in handling all legal matters for his clients.  He is readily available to his clients and knows how to get things done through the court's overburdened system.
 
Sidney is a sole practitioner with an office conveniently located in the Rockrimmon neighborhood in northwest Colorado Springs, right off I-25.
 
In his spare time, Sidney enjoys sailing, diving, spending time in their family's backyard square foot garden and is an avid hunter and marksman.  He also is a PADI scuba instructor and extra class ham radio operator.
 
His wife, Myra, works with him as his legal assistant and has her art gallery in their office.
